After graduation I studied Data Processing at ITT Technical Institute.
I worked for the State of Idaho Dept. of Health and Welfare from 1968 until moving to Portland in 1979 to take a job as a computer operator at Dillingham Ship Repair. From there I went to work for Tektronix until the department was dismantled. I then went to work for a computer service bureau which processed payrolls for Bonneville Power Administration, The Bureau of Indian Affairs, and other federal agencies in the Portland Metro area; and various jobs for Multnomah County and Fred Meyer until retirement.

My husband, Gary and I married in 1998 and spent our honeymoon in Victoria, BC. We love to visit the Oregon Coast as often as possible. One of the things on our bucket list is a cruise up the Inside Passage to Alaska.
