Biography C. David Rolfe

C. David Rolfe is 68 years old. He holds the position of Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital.  Mr. Rolfe has leadership responsibility for the departments of Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Information Management.  Mr. Rolfe has over 30 years experience in information technology leadership. Mr. Rolfe’s previous positions include, Professor of Computer Science for Boise State University, Boise, Idaho, Professor of Computer Science, Bryant University, Smithfield, Rhode Island, Dean of the College of Computer and Information Science at Central New England College, Worchester, Massachusetts, Vice President of Information Technology, Law School Admission Services, Newtown, Pennsylvania, Vice President of Information Services, Foundation for Educational Funding, Lincoln, Nebraska.  Mr. Rolfe started, built and sold the firm of CubeSoft, LLC, a technology services firm specializing in the development of networking and storage infrastructure and security.
 
Mr. Rolfe has undergraduate degrees in business and mathematics, Boise State University, Boise, Idaho, a master’s degree in business administration, Boise State University, Boise, Idaho, advanced graduate studies, computer science, Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah and doctoral studies in statistical research, Boston College, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.  He has professional certifications in information technology and education.  He has publications in testing tools in the areas of data organization and system analysis.
