After graduation I attended Boise College for one year and then transferred to North Idaho Junior College in Coeur d'Alene where my Mom and sister  had moved. I spent two years at NIJC studying engineering, girls and music. In 1968 I moved back to Boise and worked briefly for Gate City Steel as a draftsman before joining Morrison Knudsen in 1969. With MK I worked on projects in California, Wyoming and Algeria before returning to Boise between assignments where I met and married my wife Mary Rose (a Boise High 1965 graduate). Mary, our three children and I followed the construction industry throughout the United States until our youngest graduated from high school in 1998 when we settled in Denver where we currently call home. Somehow along the way I managed to finish my education earning a degree in Construction Management and an MBA. From 1998 until July 2014 I traveled from Denver working projects in Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, Northern Africa and the Caribbean. In July I semi-retired but continue to work as a construction claims and disputes consultant traveling as required. Mary and I have six grandchildren, four in Denver and two in Doha, Qatar. We are planning on fully retiring within the next two years to our second home in Cascade, returning to our roots. I am really looking forward to the 50th reunion and to the opportunity to reconnect with old friends. See you in September.
