He is survived by Anita, his wife of 40 years;  sons, Lane and Luke; sister, Evelyn King; brother, Dan Andrews; beloved chocolate lab, Thor; and cats.  He is preceded in death by parents, Everett and Blanche; and sister, Geneve Salove. A memorial service  is planned for 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 25 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 303 N. Church St., Silverton.  Following the service, friends are invited to gather at the Elks Lodge in Silverton on 300 High St.  Suggested memorials include the Washington State University Veterinary Heritage Scholarship Fund  (P.o. For the first 12 years of their marriage, Lawrence and  Leona lived in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he worked for Bradley Enterprises and later Boise Cascade. In  1978, Lawrence moved his family back to his birthplace, Boise, Idaho. He took pride and pleasure in  pointing out to his family that he, his son, and grandson were the only Boise natives. Lawrence had  many hobbies, including snowmobiling, skiing, camping, motorcycling, and, of course, Boise State  football. He loved the Idaho mountains and felt very fortunate to experience them with his family and  numerous friends. One of his favorite activities was following the Boise State Broncos to their various  games. Lawrence is survived by his wife, Leona Mae; his children, Victoria (Chris) Mickelson, Christie  Bradley; grandchildren, Axel Mickelson; his sister, Sharon (Randy) Sherman; a brother, Guy (Dawn)  Bradley, Jr., and many nieces and nephews. Lawrence was preceded in death by his father, Guy R  Bradley, Sr.; his mother, Martha Elizabeth Bradley; and his son, Lawrence George Bradley, Jr. A viewing  for family and friends will be on Friday, January 18 from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm at Cloverdale Funeral  Home. Beckie was employed in a variety of jobs from  teaching Spanish to running the family hardware store in La Paz, Bolivia. She worked for and retired  from American Airlines, where she received various awards for her service inc uding Employee of the  Year. She was passionate about everyth-ng she did in life. Beckie loved the Lord and loved serving Him in  the mission field and in different callings. She particularly cherished her time as a Relief Society  President in La Paz, Bolivia where she strove to share the love of Christ by visiting and serv ng every  woman within the ward. She embraced the culture and the people and was described as becoming  Bo ivian herself. Her dedication there is indicative of her service everywhere she lived. She dedicated all  her heart and energy in every ca ling or assignment, big or small. She found great joy in genealogy and  put the family to work at the temple. She served for years in emergency preparedness. She dedicated  innumerable hours to help others prepare for the unexpected. Above all, she loved being with people  and changed countless Yves through her friendship and service. She made lifelong friends everywhere  she went. Beckie was a devoted wife and mother who loved being with her children and grandchildren.  She always went to special family events, no matter the dStance or the sacrifice. Her grandch-ldren  adored her. Her kind words, stories, and loving embrace will be sorely missed. She is survived by her  husband, Hugo; children, Tonya (Mark Harris), Monica, Omar (Jenny 'gpyg), and Wendi (Keaton  Southwick) and eleven grandchildren. Other relatives who survive include her mother; siblings Wynn  (Bette Murdoch), Roy (Ruth Haddock) and Laureli Christensen. She was preceded in death by her father,  R.W. Christensen, and brother, Bruce. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 11  a.m. in the LDS Ward Chapel, 351 Lofty Lane, North Salt Lake. He has one surviving sister, Elizabeth Nash. He also is survived by his special companion, his dog  Le_g4a.
